ES3’s Partner Development Program is designed to work with Content and Broadcast partners, as well as TV Service Operators.

ES3 established this program, as we understand that our product roadmap and strategy may not address all market demands for TV apps. Our partner development model leverages development subsidies whereby ES3 shares in the risk from a capital cost perspective. Under these partnerships, the long term success is realized and shared via royalties and revenue sharing arrangements.

This new program is enabling content companies or Broadcasters to deliver application experiences that enhance the value of the programming and consumers to discover and engage in new ways through over-the-top (OTT) delivery or enhanced TV (eTV) interfaces.

Our program also supports new product development initiatives in cooperation with TV Operators; enabling TV applications for their market, based on their unique understanding of what the customer wants.

In order to maintain the integrity of our business model, as a product company, ES3’s key criteria in establishing a new engagement under this program is to ensure there is a long-term benefit in both strategic value and revenue for both parties.
